Warranty Coverage:
This Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship, including yellowing, cracking, peeling, and gumming of the paint protection film (PPF), for the specified warranty period (3, 5, or 8 years, depending on the product).
Eligibility:
The warranty is valid only for BlueBisons Paint Protection Films purchased through authorized dealers or directly from BlueBisons.
The PPF must be installed by an authorized or certified professional.
Warranty Limitations:
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
Surface scratches, accidental damages, or intentional misuse.
Exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning methods, or extreme environmental conditions beyond the film’s specifications.
Normal wear and tear or discoloration due to prolonged neglect.
Claim Process:
To make a claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, the warranty certificate, and photos or evidence of the defect.
Claims must be submitted within the warranty period via the BlueBisons support portal.
Resolution:
Upon verification, defective film will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Warranty does not cover labor costs for reinstallation.
Transferability:
The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
Compliance:
By registering for the warranty, customers agree to follow all care and maintenance instructions provided by BlueBisons.
